Is this the price I'd actually pay?
Yes, for support. The calculator uses our published prices. On per-user plans, licences such as Microsoft 365 and security tools are added at our supplier's price with no margin, and we'll show you those on your quote. Solo and Duo packages already include them.
How do I count part-time staff?
Add up their weekly hours and divide by 37.5. Two people working 18.75 hours each count as one user.
What's a shared device?
A computer or tablet that isn't tied to one person, such as a reception PC, a till or a kiosk.
Do I need a site fee?
Only if we manage the network at a location: the router, firewall, switches and Wi-Fi. If you work from home or a serviced office where the network is provided, you don't.
