Ensuring the accuracy of your staff records is paramount, and our Touchscreen feature provides a solution. Any changes made through the Touchscreen are automatically synchronized with the Workstation, eliminating the need for manual adjustments. Once a staff member submits changes, their details are promptly updated, This enables you to stay up-to-date with their most recent information.

Holiday requests are integrated into the Workstation and accessible through the Holiday Requests feature. Here, it’s possible to conveniently track their remaining holidays, taken leaves, and pending, authorized, or rejected requests. This streamlined process simplifies holiday requests for both practitioners and management alike.

Additionally, shifts created in Rotas become readily available on the Touchscreen, providing staff with easy access to their upcoming schedules.

To maintain data integrity, only staff members designated with the Line Manager designation in their records can log staff sickness. To ensure accuracy in staff records, absences are recorded only by the managers. This is a precautionary measure taken to avoid any discrepancies. This measure ensures that the staff members’ absence records are an accurate reflection of their attendance and that any necessary actions are taken accordingly.

Furthermore, any absences logged will also update the Bradford Score if necessary, enhancing the overall efficiency of your workforce management system.
